At FITCI, we provide more than just space: we immerse startups in a supportive community where research and development can flourish.
In addition to fully private labs at both of our locations, we offer flexible shared labs with dedicated bench space, and common labs stocked with the essential tools and resources life science startups need to accelerate research and product development.
Each lab comes ready with a BioSafety Cabinet, sink, storage, casework, eyewash station, and backup generator access. Shared access to fume hoods, DI water, autoclave, and -80°C freezer storage is provided at both locations.

- -80 Freezer storage space and generator access for your own equipment.
