FITCI's Conference and Meeting Rooms

Our conference and meeting rooms are equipped with all you need. Both buildings offer close, convenient parking and wifi.

At Maryland's EDGE, we are happy to provide rooms outfitted with ScreenBeam technology to connect to the screen wirelessly, and MaxHub 4k cameras that allow you to connect your meeting to anywhere virtually using your preferred conference software (Teams, Zoom, etc.).

We are happy to rent our Base Camp community space for events. The space fits up to 290 people.
We also offer our Education Lab space for rentals.

Our conference rooms have A/V setup included, guest wifi access, and can be adapted to fit your needs.

Rooms can be booked by hour, half day, or full day.
