AI Workflow Automation Apprenticeship

AI is moving fast, but most Maryland companies lack the time, internal expertise, or structured support to know where to begin. The NEXUS Partnership's pilot apprenticeship pathway trains future workers to build practical AI workflow automations inside your company.

A New Youth Apprenticeship Model for a New AI Economy

Company Mentor brings business knowledge.

Each employer provides a business process mentor who understands each individual company's workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

AI Mentor Bench delivers technical expertise.

NEXUS provides AI technical mentors, instructors, and automation experts. They guide apprentices through workflow mapping, prompt engineering, MVP development, testing, and responsible AI deployment.

Apprentice Cohort builds the solution.

Apprentices work in cohorts to assess business needs, identify automation opportunities, build minimum viable products, test with employers, and improve over time.
