Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit business incubator and accelerator dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build, refine, and scale companies in Frederick, Maryland.

We work alongside founders at every stage, providing space, mentorship, programming, and strategic connections that turn ideas into sustainable businesses.

FITCI focuses on early-stage life science and technology ventures—including biotech, information technology, renewable resources, cybersecurity, and more—delivering the strategic support they need to grow.
